Guarantee and return policy If a product is not what you expected please return it to us unused unwashed and in “like new” condition. Please include a copy of your order, credit card details for any refund and a detailed description of your exchange requirements if required. In the unlikely event that our products are faulty please contact us to arrange return.
Overseas orders Payment for orders from outside New Zealand must be made using a credit card. We accept credit card orders only from overseas. Any local import duties, customs or levies are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Privacy and security All customer information we receive is only used for processing your order. Volley clothing does not pass on any details to any other parties not involved in the fulfilment of your order. Credit card numbers provided through our e commerce site are in an encrypted form
Availability If high demand means we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you using your email address and advise you of the expected time delay for a back order. You can then chose to either wait for delivery, select a different item or cancel your order.
Payment options We prefer payment by credit card. These can be made through our website or you can email us your credit card details, or if ordering within NZ you can print off order form and send this along with your cheque to our PO Box address.
